Know who’s in the shed. Know who to ring.
A QR code by the door replaces the sign-in sheets. The list of who’s in is your evacuation list, and every machine has its own safety record.
Two seconds, and nothing to add up.
Put a QR code up by the door. Members point their phone at it and they’re signed in. Visitors use the same code, and the duty member can check anybody in anybody that hasn't got a phone.
- No sign-in sheets with illegible handwriting to lose
- See who’s in from anywhere, on your phone or sitting at a computer
- Attendance for the year is already counted when a grant application asks about it
The list of who’s in is the evacuation list.
At the assembly point, the duty member opens it on their phone: everybody signed in, visitors included, so nobody is left unaccounted for.
Their emergency contact is one tap from their name.
Every member’s emergency contact is in the app, on the phone of anybody at the shed who has it. There’s no password to find, and no paper file to dig out.
Every machine’s safety record, in one place.
Each machine has a page of its own: when it was last serviced, when it’s next due for test and tag, and who’s been shown how to use it. A member reports a fault from their phone, and the machine is marked out of service straight away so nobody else uses it.
- Inductions recorded against the member and the machine
- Test and tag dates, with a warning before one falls due
An accident or a near miss
Written up on the day, on a phone, while people still remember it.
The safety checks
Done on a phone instead of a clipboard, and kept with the shed’s safety record.
The shed’s rules
See who has read them, and when, so a new member’s first day starts properly.
What duty members ask
Every sign-in is counted for you.
Visits and sessions for any period, printed or saved as a PDF, ready for the grant application.
Put the sign-in sheets away this month.
About 45 minutes on a video call, and we'll show you how members can check themselves in effortlessly.
