Pricing

One price. Everything included.

There’s no basic version and nothing is held back. A smaller shed pays less because it’s smaller, not because it gets less.

$400a year

Everything included.

50 to 99 members
$500a year

Everything included.

100 members or more

A brand new shed pays $200

For its first year, if the shed started up in the last six months or has fewer than 20 members. Prices as above after the first year.

State and regional bodies pay nothing

Your own setup, free, with the sheds that belong to your association, the figures they choose to share with you, the committee contact list, mailouts and surveys.

How your price is worked out

From the most members you had at any one time over the year, and we look at it once a year when you renew. A solid year of new membership starts will never land you with a bill halfway through.

The price you see is the price you pay, with no GST on top.

Compared with what you pay now

If you pay for accounting software, a website, or a membership system now, Shed Manager can replace all three, and it does the roster, the sign-in, the machines and the safety record as well.

Sheds run on raffle tickets and sausage sizzles. If yours genuinely can’t afford our pricing, but needs a solution, tell us and we’ll sort something out.

What treasurers ask

How do we pay?Once a year, by card or direct debit. It’s taken automatically, and every invoice and receipt is there to download. If the committee needs a quote to approve first, or to put in a grant application, ask and we’ll send one.
Can we try it first?Yes, free. After a demo we set your shed up on a trial, with a call to bring your records across, and the trial runs long enough to take it to a committee meeting. When a trial ends the shed turns read-only for a period before it is permanently deleted.
Do we have to use it for our accounting? No. That part can stay switched off, and the price is the same. If you’ve got accounting software you’re happy with, keep it.
What happens if we stop paying?Your members, attendance, machines and accounts can be downloaded for 30 days before your data is permanently deleted.
