Security

Your members’ details, looked after.

Names, phone numbers and emergency contacts are kept private, seen only by the people who need them, and always yours.

Private

Your records stay yours.

Only the people your shed invites can see them.

Signing in

Everyone has their own sign-in.

Each person signs in as themselves, and nobody else at the shed can see or use their sign-in.

Inside your shed

People see what their job needs.

A member sees their own details, and the committee sees what the shed decides it should.

Us

We only come in when you let us.

If you would like our help setting up, you say yes first, and you can stop it whenever you like.

If you leave

Your records go with you.

Your members, attendance, machines and books all download as ordinary spreadsheets, whenever you like.

What committees ask

Is a password all that protects it?It doesn’t have to be. Your shed can ask the committee, or everyone, to sign in with a passkey: the face or fingerprint that already unlocks their phone. Nobody can guess one or borrow it.
Somebody wants their details removed. What do we do?The shed changes or removes them on the person’s record. Anyone can also ask us, and we pass it on to the shed: shedmanager.org/report

Ask us anything about it.

Bring the committee’s questions to a demo, and we answer them with the app open.
